Póca Productions in association with the Regional Cultural Centre and Donegal County Council’s PEACEPLUS Partnership are delighted to open applications for the second in our Music Production Residency Series. 

Turn Up the Volume for Equality brings together musicians from across all cultural identities to mix and collaborate through music making. The programme promotes social inclusion and cultural diversity across social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. 

Turn Up the Volume for Equality – is a PEACEPLUS programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) and is part of Donegal’s PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan. The plan is providing €7.6 million in funding to support the delivery of peace-building projects over the next two years, from 2026 and 2027.  

BEALTAINE Music Production Residency will take place 8TH - 10TH MAY 2026 on Arranmore Island and is now open for applications from musicians of all levels who are over 18.

This residential is one of a series which will run until 2027. Over the lifespan of Turn Up the Volume programme Póca Productions will work with groups of musicians of all levels in a collaborative process to produce unique pieces of music celebrating the festivals associated  with the Celtic Calendar.

Feedback from participants on IMBOLC Jan 23-25th 2026 said 'It's been magical'. 'Kudos to the team, it was a blast'.
